Our Policies

• The tutoring session will start at the scheduled time.

• All tutoring sessions should take place in an open area of the house rather than an isolated room/location

• Contact the tutor or the Bethesda Scholars Management Team at least three hours before the session in the case of cancellation.

• If the session is not canceled three hours before the scheduled time, there will be a cancellation fee of the price full of the scheduled session.
